Staged a peaceful and disciplined protest march against the arbitrary and unlawful actions of builder M3M and its associates, M-Worth and Abante.

This protest was driven by long-standing grievances that have gone unaddressed,

including:

• Autocratic functioning and secret meetings excluding residents.

• Misuse and non-disclosure of IFMS funds that legally belong to residents.

• Over 8 years without a legally elected RWA.

• Arbitrary CAM & CAE hikes in violation of District Registrar’s orders.

• Poor maintenance despite one of the highest CAM charges in Gurugram.

• Forceful alterations to resident homes without consent.

• Manipulation of land parcels and misuse of common facilities.

Despite these challenges, residents have recently achieved important victories, including a District Registrar’s order capping CAM & CAE charges, and a show cause notice issued to the builder.

Our message is clear:

Residents of M3M Golf Estate demand immediate RWA elections, financial

accountability, transparency in the use of our funds, and strict adherence to legal and regulatory orders.

We remain open to dialogue, but we will no longer tolerate misuse of funds, violation of statutory orders, or denial of our rights.

Compliance.”
